Marjan898 takes the protection of minors seriously. Should there be any suspicion that an account is being used by an individual under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending satisfactory proof of age.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at marjan898 at any one time. This prohibition includes registering using a different name, email address, phone number, or identity by the same individual.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. marjan898 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including:

• A valid copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the name on your marjan898 account matches the name on the payment method you use. Withdrawals to an account held in another person's name are not permitted.

Deposit & Payment Methods

Fund Withdrawal

• Payment fraud — using a credit card, bank account, or e-wallet that is not yours or was obtained unlawfully.

• Identity fraud — registering using another person's identity or submitting falsified documents during the KYC process.
• Threats or harassment — threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward marjan898 support staff or other members through any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

A marjan898 account may be terminated or suspended in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe after being requested by marjan898.
• A voluntary request by a member to close their own account.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no logins or transactions) for more than 12 consecutive months.

When an account is closed at the member's own request, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 working days.

When an account is closed due to a terms violation, marjan898 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. Members may submit an appeal by emailing support@marjan898.asia within 14 days of the closure notification date.

Limitation of Liability

Marjan898 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations, to the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law:

• Game or betting outcomes that do not go in your favour — this is an inherent risk accepted when using an entertainment platform.
• Internet service disruptions, power outages, or hardware failures on the user's end.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to keep their password and login credentials secure.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties (banks, e-wallet providers) that are beyond marjan898's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses that marjan898 could not reasonably have foreseen at the time this agreement was entered into.

Marjan898's total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member into their marjan898 account in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arises.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Marjan898 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes through:
